贯流风机不同湍流模型数值模拟时的应用效果分析

【摘要】 采用计算流体力学的方法建立分体壁挂式空调用贯流风机的二维流场模型,对比RNG k-ε、LES与SAS 3种湍流模型在计算贯流风机内流场、噪声等性能时的差异。结果表明,这3个模型在模拟计算贯流风机时均有不错的表现,其中RNGk-ε模型计算流场的性能数据时最稳定,非稳态误差小;LES模型与SAS模型则能有效捕捉流场中的微小尺度流动,其中SAS模型对网格质量要求较低,但对于气动噪声的计算结果与LES模型十分接近。

【Abstract】 This study established a two-dimensional flow field model for modeling split air conditioner indoor unit by the method of computational fluid dynamics.The differences between RNG k-ε model,LES model and SASmodelon calculation of the flow field and noise of the cross-flow fan are compared.The results show that the three models have good performance in the simulation of cross-flow fans.The RNG k-ε model has the smallest error when calculating the performance data of the flow field.The LES model and the SAS model can effectively capture the small-scale flow in the flow field.The SAS model has lower requirements on mesh quality,but the calculation results for aerodynamic noise are very close to the LES model.
