【Abstract】 In order to promote the scientific, standardized and institutionalized management of discipline competition in local universities and colleges, Lishui University constructed the management system of discipline competition based on Crowdsourcing Mode. This system constructs the Three-level Management System and the Multiple Grouping Patterns including Independent Group Pattern and Shareable Group Pattern. A favorable result has been acquired through the implementation of this system in recent years. This management system might provide new ideas for other local universities and colleges in management of discipline competition.更多还原
