【Abstract】 As an advanced development form of agricultural science and technology park, the state high-tech demonstration district of agriculture can solve the difficulties encountered in the process of promoting agricultural modernization and promote the industrial competitiveness of agriculture. Lishui is a typical green mountain area; it will have important significance to agriculture of our country by the establishment of the state high-tech demonstration district of agriculture in Lishui. The article analyses the current condition and existing problems in the establishment of the state high-tech demonstration district of agriculture. Then, based on the local characteristics of Lishui, this paper puts forward the development path which contains one main line, two directions, three needs, four policies, five chains and eight key points,and proposes the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion from the science and technology innovation, development engine, brand construction, cultivation of talents, support policy and so on.更多还原
