【摘要】 生态产品价值实现,需明确生态产品概念界定、价值核算、技术方法、实现路径、制度政策等问题。浙江丽水的"地方样本",历经"发展赤字"到"发展博弈"空间保护,直至成为"国家试点",挖掘打造了一批"生态价值实现"典型案例,在生态产品价值核算、路径机制探索等方面形成"价值实现"的实践创新,在GEP与GDP同步增长、GEP和GDP效率转化提高的"发展导向"上推进理论创新。研究表明生态产品价值实现可反映生态系统对社会经济支撑作用和人类福祉贡献的"价值",并为建立区域发展考核机制提供基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The value implementation of ecological products requires identifying the following theoretical issues:defining the concepts of ecological products,value accounting,sphere of technology, value implementation mechanism,institution and policy. "Regional Sample"of Lishui in Zhejiang, experienced from"development deficit"to "development game"space protection, developed a series of typical cases of "value implementation of ecosystem product"until it became "National Pilot Project",Lishui initiated practice innovation in"value implementation"in terms of value accounting of ecological products,implementation mechanism, promoting"development oriented"theoretical innovation including simultaneous development of GDP and GEP,and accelerating the GDP and GEP transforming mechanism.The study shows that the value of implementation of ecosystem product reflects the supporting efforts of ecosystems on economics and and the"value"of contribution of the human well-being,and provides foundations for the assessment mechanism of regional development.更多还原
