液相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用法测定大米中5种有机磷农药残留量

【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱同时检测大米中甲胺磷、乐果、灭线磷、内吸磷和丙溴磷5种有机磷残留的方法。试样经超声提取、固相萃取柱净化后,由高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱检测,外标法定量。5种有机磷农药在1~20μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.995,平均加标回收率为70%~120%,相对标准偏差小于10%。该方法具有易操作,耗时短,溶剂消耗少,检测灵敏度高的特点,可满足大米中5种有机磷农残的检测。

【Abstract】 A method for simultaneous determination of 5 organophosphorus pesticidesin rice byperformance liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry was established.The samples wereextracted by ultrasonic and purified by solid phase extraction column,then detected by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.All the five organophosphorus pesticides had good linearity in the range of 1~20 g/L,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995,the average standard recovery was 70%~120%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.The method has the characteristics of easy operation,short time consuming,low solvent consumption and high detection sensitivity,which can meet the detection of 5 organophosphorus agricultural residues in rice.
