耐火材料温度-应力-应变关系测试装置

【摘要】 为了表征耐火材料的温度、应力、应变三者之间的关系,自制了一种能够在载荷高达20 MPa、温度高达1 600℃、保温时间长达300 h条件下测试其温度、应力、应变三者之间关系的装置。介绍了该装置的结构、工作原理、能够实现的6种典型试验模式,并采用本装置对刚玉-莫来石砖、镁铁尖晶石砖和高铝砖进行了不同模式的试验测试。结果表明:与常规试验相比,可以测得耐火材料在高应力水平、循环加载、超长时间内的变形量,或受约束条件下的热应力等参数,为耐火材料的研究、质量控制和应用提供了有益的数据。

【Abstract】 A device was developed to characterize the relationship of the temperature,the stress and the strain of refractories under conditions of the maximum load of 20 MPa,the maximum temperature of 1 600℃,and the maximum holding time of 300 h. Its structure,principle,and six typical testing models achievable were illustrated. Corundum-mullite bricks,pleonaste bricks and high-alumina bricks were measured with different testing models. The results indicate that compared with the common tests,this device can test the deformation of refractories under high stress,cyclic loading,and long term duration,as well as the thermal stress under constrains,which will be very helpful for the research,quality control and application of materials.
