转炉大面白云石渣补新工艺实践
New dolomite slag repairing technology practice for large surface of converters
【摘要】 为了提高转炉加料侧(前大面)的补炉效果,保障转炉冶炼的高效和安全运行,采用白云石渣补工艺进行护炉操作,效果显著。该工艺的实施,不仅缩短了补炉时间,解决了生产效率与炉衬修补耗时之间的矛盾,而且成本较低。白云石渣补新工艺使转炉炉况明显好转,耐火材料消耗降低,为进一步提升炼钢产能和经济技术指标开辟了一条新路。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the repairing effect of converter feeding side( front large surface) and ensure the efficient and safe operation of converter smelting,dolomite slag repairing technology was used to protect the furnace andthe effect was remarkable. The implementation of the process shortens the repair time,and solves the contradiction between the production efficiency and the lining repair time with low cost. The new technology of dolomite slag repairing improves the condition of converter furnace obviously and reduces the consumption of refractory materials,which opens a new way for further improving steelmaking capacity and economic & technical index.
