【摘要】 目的探讨无充气腋窝入路完全腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术安全性及可行性。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月我院收治的90例甲状腺癌患者为此研究对象,同时将其随机分成两组,各45例,对照组采用颈前切口甲状腺癌根治术治疗,研究组采用无充气腋窝入路完全腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术治疗。比较研究对象的临床指标及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组在手术时长、住院时长、分皮瓣及建腔时间上均长于对照组,差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组引流液量多于对照组,差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组美容满意度评分优于对照组,差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在不良反应发生率方面,差异对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用无充气腋窝入路完全腔镜下根治术对甲状腺癌实施治疗安全、可行,且美容效果满意度显著高于开放手术,值得推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of complete endoscopic thyroidectomy with non-inflated axillary approach.Methods 90 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from June 20 to June 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with radical anterior cervical thyroidectomy.Complete laparoscopic radical thyroidectomy with an inflated axillary approach.The clinical indicators and adverse reactions of the subjects were compared.Results The length of the operation,the length of hospital stay,the length of the skin flap and the time of cavity establishment were longer than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The drainage volume of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);the cosmetic satisfaction score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of non-inflatable axillary approach for complete laparoscopic radical surgery for the treatment of thyroid cancer is safe and feasible,and the satisfaction of cosmetic results is significantly higher than open surgery,it is worth promoting.更多还原
