寡肽转运蛋白lmo2193基因缺失对单增李斯特菌环境适应性的影响

【摘要】 研究通过比较三株单增李斯特菌在不同环境下的适应性,探究lmo2193基因对单增李斯特菌环境应激的影响。测定不同温度、EtOH浓度、pH、NaCl浓度条件下的生长趋势,绘制生长曲线。结果显示,缺失株的生长速度明显较野毒株、回补株生长缓慢,缺失株对42℃和4.5%无水乙醇(EtOH)胁迫条件下的耐受性明显低于野毒株、回补株。表明LM90SB2菌株lmo2193基因的缺失会降低其对环境的适应性,为进一步探究寡肽转运蛋白在单增李斯特菌中的作用奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 This study by comparing the adaptability of three strains of Listeria monocytogenes in different environments, the effects of lmo2193 gene on the environmental stress of Listeria monocytogenes were investigated. The growth trends under different temperature, EtOH concentration, pH and NaCl concentration were measured, and the growth curve was drawn. The results showed that the growth rate of the deletion strain was significantly slower than that of the wild strain and the complementary strain. The tolerance of the mutant strain to 42 ℃ and 4.5% EtOH stress was significantly lower than that of the wild strain and complementary strain. It was shown that the deletion of lmo2193 gene of LM90 SB2 strain would reduce its adaptability to the environment,which laid a foundation for further exploring the role of oligopeptide transporter in Listeria monocytogenes.
