【摘要】 目的:总结我院新型冠状病毒感染疑似患者院前转运防控经验,探讨安全转运的注意点。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月19日-2020年3月2日我院急救中心院前转运湖北武汉疫区接触史患者48例的临床资料,其中需在感染性疾病科隔离病区住院留观患者21例,占43.8%,最后确诊为新型冠状病毒肺炎的病例13例,占27.1%,均是由武汉至湛江的输入病例。结果:确诊患者均为普通型,无普通型转重型病例,最终治愈率100%,总体治疗效果良好;急诊医学科参与院前转运的医务人员无1人感染。结论:通过制定科学合理的防控措施,可有效保障新型冠状病毒感染疑似患者院前转运医务人员安全,防止疫情扩散。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the prevention and control experience of pre-hospital transport for the novel Coronavirus infection suspected patients in our hospital,and to explore the points of attention for safe transport.Methods:The clinical data of 48 patients with contact history transferred to the emergency center of the hospital in the epidemic area of Wuhan,Hubei province were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 19,2020 to Mar 2,2020. Among them,21(43.8%)were hospitalized in the isolation ward of the Department of Infectious Diseases. Among them,13(27.1%)were confirmed as COVID-19,all imported cases from Wuhan to Zhanjiang. All suspected patients were transported by emergency medical staff in strict accordance with pre-established transport procedures and procedures.Results:All confirmed patients were of normal type,and none of them were of severe type. The final cure rate was 100%,and the overall treatment effect was good. None of the medical personnel from the Department of Emergency Medicine involved in prehospital transport were infected.Conclusions:Scientific and reasonable prevention and control measures can effectively ensure the safety of medical personnel in pre-hospital transport and prevent the spread of the epidemic.更多还原
