改良的TR-Band桡动脉充气止血绑带与弹力绷带加压包扎在经桡动脉行冠脉介入的比较

【摘要】 目的:探究改良的TR-Band桡动脉充气止血绑带与弹力绷带加压包扎在经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月~2020年8月在本院收治的于心血管内科接受TRI治疗患者200例,按照随机数字法将其分为改良组(n=100)和常规组(n=100)。对常规组实施动脉充气止血绑带进行止血,对改良组应用桡动脉充气止血绑带+无菌纱布敷料进行止血。对两组的住院时间、压迫止血时间、患者的舒适度、静脉回流障碍、压迫侧大拇指血氧饱和度、压迫处局部皮肤坏死情况以及疼痛程度进行比较。结果:与常规组相比,改良组的住院时间、压迫止血时间、静脉回流障碍、压迫处皮肤坏死情况以及疼痛程度均显著低于常规组(P<0.05);与常规组相比,改良组的舒适度显著高于常规组(P<0.05);两组的压迫处血氧饱和度无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对行TRI术采取改良的TR-Band桡动脉充气止血绑带与弹力绷带加压包扎的止血效果显著,且能够提高患者的舒适度。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of the modified TR-Band radial artery inflatable hemostatic bandage and elastic bandage in coronary interventional therapy via radial artery.Methods:A total of 200 patients who received TRI treatment in the department of cardiovascular Medicine in our hospital from March 2020 to August 2020 were selected and divided into the improved group(n=100)and the conventional group(n=100)according to the random number method. For the conventional group,aerated hemostatic bandage was applied for hemostasis,while for the modified group,aerated hemostasis band of radial artery plus sterile gauze dressing was applied for hemostasis. The length of hospital stay,hemostatic compression time,comfort of patients,venous reflux disorder,oxygen saturation of the thumb on the compression side,local skin necrosis at the compression side,and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the conventional group,the length of hospital stay,hemostatic compression time,venous reflux disorder,skin necrosis at the compression site,and pain degree in the improved group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group,the comfort level of the improved group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in oxygen saturation between the two groups at the compression point(P>0.05).Conclusion:The improved TR-band radial artery inflatable hemostatic bandage and elastic bandage are effective in hemostasis and can improve the comfort of patients.
