缓释型抗凝冰填料技术在超薄磨耗层项目中的应用研究

【摘要】 将缓释型抗凝冰填料替换超薄磨耗层沥青混合料中的矿粉,在保证沥青混合料性能不损失的前提下,使得超薄磨耗层罩面拥有了延长凝冰时间和降低冰层与路面粘结强度的能力,降低了除雪作业难度,提高了冰雪天气下的路面抗滑能力。通过室内试验和现场观测,验证了超薄磨耗层罩面抗凝冰效果,并进行了混合料性能和路用效果评测。

【Abstract】 The mineral powder in the asphalt mixture of ultra-thin wearing course is replaced by slow-release anti-freezing ice filler. On the premise that the performance of asphalt mixture is not lost,the overlay of the ultra-thin wearing course has the ability to extend the freezing time and reduce the adhesion strength between the ice layer and the pavement,reduce the difficulty of snow removal,and improve the skid resistance of the pavement in the snow and ice weather. The anti-freezing effect of the overlay of the ultra-thin wearing course is verified through indoor test and field observation,so as to carry out the evaluation on the mixture performance and road application effect.
