废旧轮胎橡胶沥青在公路养护工程中的应用研究

【摘要】 通过相关试验对比分析了废旧轮胎橡胶沥青、SBS改性沥青在高等级公路中的使用效果,试验结果表明:在路用外观、抗滑性能、车辙、行车噪音等方面,成品湿法橡胶沥青均略优于SBS改性沥青;从建设成本、全寿命周期费用及总能耗和废弃物利用的角度分析,成品湿法橡胶沥青较SBS改性沥青具有较为明显的优势,在国省干线高等级公路养护工程中,上面层可以采用成品湿法橡胶沥青SMA-13代替SBS改性沥青SMA-13使用。

【Abstract】 The application effect of waste tire rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt in high-grade highway is compared and analyzed through relevant tests. The test results show that: the finished rubber asphalt with wet process is slightly better than SBS modified asphalt in the aspects of road appearance,skid resistance,rutting,driving noise and so on. Compared with SBS modified asphalt,the finished rubber asphalt with wet process has obvious advantages through the analysis of angle from construction cost,whole life cycle cost and total energy consumption and waste utilization. The finished rubber asphalt with wet process SMA-13 can be used instead of SBS modified asphalt SMA-13 in the upper surface layer during the national and provincial trunk highway maintenance project.
