【摘要】 基于S市中小学成熟型教师的微观调查数据,使用分层回归及Bootstrap检验法分析外部支持对教师职业高原反应的影响以及教师事业追求的中介作用。研究发现:当控制了教师个体因素之后,良好的外部支持能有效减轻中小学成熟型教师的职业高原反应;在外部支持对职业高原反应发挥消减作用的过程中,教师自身的事业追求起到部分中介作用;外部支持分为组织支持和家庭支持两个维度,组织支持对减轻教师职业高原反应的贡献相对更大,而教师的事业追求在家庭支持减轻职业高原反应中发挥着更大的中介作用。因此,有必要通过增强外部支持力量,激发教师事业追求等措施促进中小学成熟型教师职业高原反应的逐步消减。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the micro-survey data of mature teachers in primary and secondary schools in S city, this paper analyzes the effect of external supports on reactions to career plateau of teachers and the mediating effect of their career pursuit by using hierarchical regression and Bootstrap test. The study found that, when the individual factors of teachers are controlled, good external supports can effectively reduce reactions to the plateau career of mature teachers in primary and secondary schools.Teachers’ career pursuit plays a partial mediating role in the negative relationship between external supports and reactions to the career plateau. And external supports include two sub-dimensions:organizational support and familial support. The contribution of organizational support in the overall reduction of teachers’ reaction to the career plateau is relatively greater, however, the mediating effect of career pursuit in the negative relationship between family support and reactions to the career plateau is relatively stronger. Therefore, it is necessary to stimulate career pursuit of teachers by strengthening external support, so as to gradually reduce reactions to the career plateau of mature teachers in primary and secondary schools.更多还原
