【摘要】 目的探讨环状RNA(circular ribonucleic acid, circRNA)在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)患者血清中的表达及临床意义。方法选择连云港市第二人民医院2014年1月至2016年12月收治的老年COPD患者80例(观察组),另择同期健康体检人群30例作为对照组。检测比较两组对象血清circ RNA-001988、circ RNA-0000344和circ RNA-0000284的表达情况。组间比较采用t检验。结果观察组患者血清circ RNA-001988、circ RNA-0000344和circ RNA-0000284的表达均异常,其中circ RNA-001988、circ RNA-0000344较对照组分别下调了(6.54±2.75)、(5.94±2.89)倍,circ RNA-0000284较对照组上调了(8.54±3.25)倍,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.176、2.659、4.535,P <0.05)。结论血清环状RNA水平检测可作为COPD诊断和预后的生物标志物,具有一定的临床预测价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of circular RNA(circ RNA) in serum of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods 80 elderly patients with COPD admitted to Lianyungang second people’s Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected(observation group), and 30 healthy people were selected as the control group at the same time. The expression of serum circRNA-001988, circRNA-0000344 and circRNA-0000284 were detected and compared between the two groups. T test was used for comparison between two groups. Results The expressions of serum circrNA-001988, CIRcrNa-0000344 and circrNa-0000284 were all abnormal in the observation group. Compared with the control group, the expressions of circrna-001988 and circrna-0000344 in the observation group were decreased by(6.54±2.75) and(5.94±2.89) times respectively(t=3.176, 2.659, P < 0.05), and the expression of circrna-0000284 was(8.54±3.25) times higher than that of the control group(t=4.535, P < 0.05). Conclusion Serum circRNA level can be used as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis of COPD, and it has clinical predictive value.更多还原
