【摘要】 目的观察首荟通便胶囊治疗肿瘤患者化疗后便秘的临床效果。方法将符合标准的60例化疗患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。在患者常规化疗的基础上,对照组给予通便灵胶囊治疗,治疗组给予首荟通便胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医症状积分变化。结果治疗组的总有效率为93%,明显高于对照组的90%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与对照组相比,首荟通便胶囊能有效治疗化疗后便秘症状,提高患者生活质量,安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Shouhuitongbian Capsule on constipation of cancer patients after chemotherapy.Methods 60 patients with chemotherapy who meet the standard were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases each.On the basis of conventional chemotherapy,the control group was treated with Tongbianling capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Shouhui Tongbian capsule.The changes of TCM symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group(93%)was higher than that of the control group(90%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the control group,Shouhui Tongbian capsule can effectively treat constipation symptoms and improve the quality of life,and have good safety.更多还原
