【摘要】 目的通过设立化疗督导员对老年结直肠癌化疗患者进行全程督导护理管理,并对其效果进行评价。方法将2017年6月至2018年12月青岛市某三甲医院肿瘤内科住院的120例老年结直肠癌化疗患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组60例,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组实施化疗督导员全程督导护理管理。比较两组患者化疗引起的不良反应发生率及对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者化疗引起的不良反应发生率在骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、腹泻等方面明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过设立化疗督导员对老年结直肠癌化疗患者实施全程督导护理管理可以有效降低患者化疗不良反应发生率,患者对于全程督导护理管理模式的满意度明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the whole-process supervision nursing managementchemotherapy on the elderly patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy by setting up the supervisor.Methods The elderly patients with colon cancer in a hospital of Qingdao from June,2017 to December,2018 randomly divided into observation group and blank control group.as the control group,60 cases in each group.The controlgroup were given routine nursing management mode,and observation group were performed the whole-course supervision nursing managementmode as observation group.To compare the satisfaction of nursing service and the adverse reaction of chemotherapy in the two groups.Results The patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the nursing service than the control group.The incidence of bone marrow suppression,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and other adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion It can effectively reduce the adverse effect of chemotherapy and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing service.更多还原
