【摘要】 新时代我国积极应对人口老龄化取得了历史性成就,为那些"未富先老"的发展中国家破解"先老难富"的世界性难题提供了中国方案。分析了新时代积极应对人口老龄化中国特色道路的根本保障、立足点、基本原则、总体布局和最终目标,认为这条道路是立足基本国情之路,是以人民为中心的发展之路,是及时综合科学应对之路,是共同行动之路,是低成本、高成效应对之路,是在发展中保障和改善民生之路,也是人民幸福、民族复兴之路。积极应对人口老龄化中国特色道路的总体布局是"六位一体":着力培育老龄社会经济发展新动能,着力推进老龄社会包容共享普惠,着力厚植老龄社会的文化自信,着力建设全龄全域全周期友好型宜居环境,着力推进老龄问题治理能力现代化,着力构建人类老龄社会应对共同体。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has witnessed historic achievements in actively coping with population aging in the new era,which provides a Chinese solution for developing countries that "get old before getting rich" to solve this world-wide problem. After analyzing the fundamental guarantee,foothold,basic principles,overall layout and final goal of the road with Chinese characteristics to actively respond to population aging in the new era,this paper holds that this road is a people-oriented path that is based on China’s basic national conditions.It is a scientific path by which we can act jointly,timely and in an all-round way.It is a road of low cost and high efficiency;it is a road by which we can ensure and improve people’s livelihood through development;it is also a road that leads to people’s happiness and national rejuvenation.The overall layout of this road is "six-in-one":cultivating new driving forces for economic development of the aging society;promoting inclusiveness and sharing of the aging society;cultivating cultural confidence of the aging society;building a full-cycle livable environment for all age groups and all regions;promoting modernization of the governance capacity to manage aging-related issues;and building a common community to respond to population aging.更多还原
