【摘要】 目前我国已经进入人口老龄化快速提升期,加快养老服务业发展已刻不容缓。虽然近几年我国养老服务业取得了显著发展,但是依然存在诸多突出问题。养老服务业有其特殊性,既是需要扶持的产业,同时也是涉及国民经济各产业的综合产业体系,而不是现行统计体系中某个特定产业或行业。当前应通过市场机制加快养老服务业发展,特别是要调动养老服务业市场中供给与需求双方主体的积极性;建立识别养老服务业主体的行业标准;建立老年人收入增长的有效机制;加强居家养老和社区养老模式的建设;建立养老服务业的统计与监测体系;狠抓政策落实,推动更大的老龄产业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has entered a phase of raiding population aging,and it is urgent to speed up the development of the elderly care service industry.In recent years,China’s senior care service industry has seen remarkable development,but there are still many problems.The eldercare service industry is special in that it is a comprehensive industrial system in need of support which involves various industries,rather than a specific industry in the current statistical system.The senior care service industry need to be accelerated through the market mechanism,especially by mobilizing the enthusiasm of both the supply and demand sides of the industry.We should establish the industry standard to identify main bodies of the industry,develop an effective mechanism to increase the income of the elderly,and strengthen the construction of home-based and community-based care for the elderly.We should also establish a statistical monitoring system for the industry,and pay close attention to policy implementation in order to promote the development of the industrial system.更多还原
