【Abstract】 Culture is not only the soul of the country and the nation, but also the soul of national governance.To promote the modernization of the national governance system and capacity,we need the support of culture.In the new era, under the guidance of Xi Jinping’ s new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics, we have entered the new journey of upholding and improving the advanced socialist culture system with Chinese characteristics,realizing the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Among them, Marxism is the fundamental guide to realize the modernization of national governance, the socialist core values are the value guidelines to realize the modernization of national governance,and the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics provides the deepest ideological nourishment for national governance.In the face of the new tasks and requirements put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,it is urgent to give full play to the nourishing function of culture in promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.更多还原
