【Abstract】 The"Adaptation"goal in The Paris Agreements has balanced the appeals of stakeholders, reasonably arranged funding programs, and implemented the global"adaptation"in the state-driven mode. However, there are underlying deficiencies, concerns such as unspecific adaption objectives, unclear amounts and scales of adaption funds, difficulties of executing the"Priority-of-Particularly-Vulnerable-Countries"principle, as well as a void of information communication implementation. From the perspective of climate justice, the"adaptation"system should focus on corrective justice and refining a principle of common-but-differentiated responsibilities. Also, it should function in accordance to the Intended-NationallyDetermined-Contributions rule, specify the objectives of adaptation, rationally determine the quantity, scale and use of"adaptation"funds in order to execute the"Priority-of-Particularly-Vulnerable-Countries "principle.
