钢-竹胶板螺栓连接的抗剪性能试验研究
Experimental Study on Shear Resistance of Plybamboo-to-steel Bolted Connections
【摘要】 竹胶板具有强度高、平面内各向同性的特点,适合与钢材组合应用在建筑结构中。对6组钢-竹胶板螺栓连接节点进行了单调加载试验,分析了破坏模式、弹性刚度、极限承载力和延性等性能指标,探究了竹胶板厚度和板端距对其力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,钢-竹胶板螺栓连接主要表现为板边撕裂和螺栓断裂两种破坏模式;增大竹胶板厚度有助于提升钢-竹胶板螺栓连接的弹性刚度和极限承载力,但对延性系数的影响较小;较大的板端距能有效减少板边撕裂破坏的可能性,从而提升钢-竹胶板螺栓连接的极限承载力。15.5 mm厚的竹胶板更适用于钢-竹胶板螺栓连接,同时建议钢-竹胶板螺栓连接的板端距不宜小于50 mm。钢-竹胶板螺栓连接的力学性能优异,在钢-竹组合结构中有着较好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Plybamboo panel is characterized by high strength and in-plane isotropy,which is suitable to be used together with steel in construction.Monotonic loading tests were carried out on 6 groups of plybamboo-to-steel bolted connection points,such performance indicators like failure mode,elastic stiffness,ultimate bearing capacity and ductility were analyzed,and the influence of bamboo plywood thickness and board end distance on its mechanical properties was explored.The research results show that plybamboo-to-steel bolted connections fail in two main patterns,i.e.plybamboo panel edge-tear and bolt bending fracture.The increase in the plybamboo panel thickness can increase the elastic stiffness and ultimate strength of the connections,but has little effect on ductile factor.A bigger panel edge-distance can effectively mitigate the edge-tear failure of plybamboo panel,thereby increasing the ultimate strength of the connections.15.5-mm-thick plybamboo panel is more suitable for plybamboo-to-steel bolted connections and it is recommended that the edge-distance for plybamboo-to-steel bolted connections should not be less than 50 mm.Overall,plybamboo-to-steel bolted connections perform well and have a bright application prospect in steel-bamboo hybrid structures.
