助产士自由体位分娩技术应用现状及培训需求调查分析

【摘要】 目的 了解杭州地区助产士自由体位分娩技术的应用现状及培训需求情况,为提供针对性的培训提供参考,从而进一步推进该技术的临床应用。方法 运用自设自由体位分娩技术应用现状和培训需求问卷,对181名杭州地区助产士进行调查。结果 参与调查的助产人员中应用过自由体位分娩技术的为70.2%,未应用的为29.8%;应用产程最多的是第一产程(66.9%),其次为第二产程(51.4%),第三产程开展的最少,仅为1.7%;在第二产程的用力体位中,各体位的应用率为:半卧位(93.5%)、侧卧位(75.3%)、坐位(26.9%)、跪趴位(23.7%)、手膝位(23.7%)、站位(20.4%)、蹲位(19.4%)、不对称位(5.4%);在第二产程的接产体位中,应用的最多的体位是半卧位(88.2%),其次为侧卧位(4.3%)、坐位(1.1%)、跪趴位(1.1%)、手膝位(1.1%)、站位(1.1%)、蹲位和不对称位尚未应用;助产士自由体位分娩培训需求的总体评分为4.52±0.69。结论 自由体位分娩技术的临床应用还存在很大的局限性,助产人员对自由体位分娩的培训需求强烈。根据需求建立易于助产人员接受、切实可行的自由体位分娩培训方案,对促进该项新技术的推广应用具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application status and training needs of free position delivery for midwives in Hangzhou,and to provide references for targeted training,so as to further promote the clinical application of this technology.Methods A survey was conducted on 181 midwives in Hangzhou by using self-designed questionnaires on the application status and training needs of free position in the labour.Results Among the midwives who participated in the survey,70.2% had applied the technique of free position in the labour,while 29.80% had not.The most applied labour was the first(66.9%),the second(51.4%),and the third(1.7%).In the forced position of the second stage of labor,the application rate of each position was:half lying position(93.5%),side lying position(75.3%),sitting position(26.9%),kneeling position(23.7%),hand knee position(23.7%),standing position(20.4%),squatting position(19.4%),asymmetric position(5.4%).In the delivery position of the second stage of labor,half lying position(88.2%),side lying position(4.3%),sitting position(1.1%),kneeling position(1.1%),hand knee position(1.1%),standing position(1.1%),squatting position and asymmetric position have not been used.The overall score of midwife’s training requirements for free position in the labour was 4.52±.69.Conclusion There are still many limitations in the clinical application of free position delivery technology,and midwives have a strong demand for free position delivery training.According to the needs of midwives,it is of great significance to establish a feasible free position delivery training program,which is easy for midwives to accept.更多还原
