关节镜下同期处理冻结肩合并肩袖损伤对肌力及活动度的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨肩关节镜下同期处理冻结肩合并肩袖损伤对肩关节肌力及活动度的影响。方法 回顾性分析64例冻结肩合并肩袖损伤患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗策略分为同期组(肩关节镜下同期处理冻结肩及肩袖损伤)和分期组(Ⅰ期行3个月康复锻炼、Ⅱ期于肩关节镜下处理肩袖损伤)。所有患者进行至少1年的随访观察,记录两组患者肩关节活动度、肌力、肩关节功能评分(ASES)及疼痛评分(VAS)情况。结果 两组患者术后活动范围(前屈、外展、内旋、外旋)、肌力、ASES功能评分及VAS评分比较,3个月随访时,同期组患者均优于分期组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1年随访时,两组患者比较差异均未见明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 关节镜下同期处理冻结肩合并肩袖损伤恢复快,有利于提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of shoulder arthroscopy on muscle strength and range of motion of shoulder joint by simultaneous treatment of frozen shoulder with rotator cuff injury.Methods 64 cases of frozen shoulder with rotator cuff injury were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment strategies, they were divided into the synchronous group(shoulder arthroscopic concurrent treatment of frozen shoulder and rotator cuff injury) and the staging group(first 3 months rehabilitation exercise in the first phase,and second period shoulder arthroscopic treatment of rotator cuff injury).All patients were followed up for at least 1 year to record shoulder joint activity,muscle strength,shoulder joint function score(ASES) and pain VAS in the two groups.Results Some parameters were compared,for instance postoperative activity range(anterior flexor,abduction,internal rotation,external rotation),muscle strength,ASES function score and VAS score.During the 3-month follow-up,the parameters in the staging group was inferior to same groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).During the 12-month follow-up,the parameters in the staging group was superior to same groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment of frozen shoulder with rotator cuff injury can improve the quality of life.更多还原
