术前CT引导下HOOK-WIRE定位在肺小结节胸腔镜术中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨术前CT引导下HOOK-WIRE定位在肺小结节胸腔镜术中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2016年5月至2019年10月1 12例VATS术前行CT引导下留置HOOK-WIRE定位针患者的临床资料,分析定位准确率、并发症发生率、VATS切除成功率以及中转开胸比例等指标。结果 CT引导下HOOK-WIRE定位成功率(97.3%)较高,定位时间(22.32±5.25) min较短。可以较大限度地保留患者的肺功能。结论 术前CT引导下HOOK-WIRE定位对孤立性和单侧原发性肺结节具有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of preoperative CT-guided HOOK-WIRE localization in thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary nodules.Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with HOOK-WIRE needle indwelling under CT guidance before VATS operation from May 2016 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The localization accuracy rate,complication rate,VATS resection success rate and conversion thoracotomy ratio were analyzed.Results The success rate of HOOK-WIRE localization under CT guidance was higher(97.3%),and the localization time was shorter(22.32±5.25) min.The lung function of the patient can be greatly preserved.Conclusion Preoperative CT-guided HOOK-WIRE localization has good clinical application value for solitary and unilateral primary pulmonary nodules.更多还原
