气管切开患者金属套管的存在对呼吸的影响

【摘要】 目的 明确金属气管套管的存在对气管切开患者呼吸的影响。方法 6例气管切开患者在拔管前一晚金属气管套管全封堵时使用睡眠呼吸监测仪监测呼吸功能,采集中枢性呼吸暂停次数(CAI)、阻塞性呼吸暂停次数(OAI)、混合型呼吸暂停次数(MAI)、上述各种呼吸暂停的最长持续时间、平均持续时间及最低氧饱等相关数据。并在拔管后1周气切口完全愈合后再次进行睡眠呼吸监测。结果 金属套管拔管前后,CAI、OAI、MAI、各种呼吸暂停最长持续时间、平均持续时间及最低氧饱的指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 气管切开患者金属套管的存在不会对呼吸造成影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of metal endotracheal tube existence on respiratory function of tracheotomy patients.Methods Polysomnography was performed in 6 patients with tracheotomy before and one week after decannulation.Central apnea index(CAI),obstructive apnea index(OAI),mixed apnea index(MAI),the longest and average duration of apnea and the lowest blood oxygen saturation were recorded.Results The differences of CAI,OAI,MAI,the maximum and average duration and the lowest blood oxygen saturation before and after decannulation were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Existence of metal endotracheal tube in tracheotomy patients will not affect respiration.更多还原
