羟乙基淀粉 银杏叶提取物和阿托伐他汀钙联用治疗血脂异常的疗效

【摘要】 目的 分析羟乙基淀粉、银杏叶提取物和阿托伐他汀钙联用治疗血脂异常的疗效。方法 选择血脂异常症患者122例,分为观察组(59例)与对照组(63例)。对照组应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用银杏叶提取物联合羟乙基淀粉治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组TC、TG、HDL和LDL均有不同程度改善,与对照组比较,观察组改善幅度均明显提高(P<0.05)。观察组西医及中医总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 羟乙基淀粉、银杏叶提取物和阿托伐他汀钙联用可显著优化血脂指标,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the efficacy of hydroxyethyl starch,ginkgo biloba extract and atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of dyslipidemia.Methods A total of 122 patients with dyslipidemia were selected and divided into observation group(59 cases) and control group(63 cases).The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract combined with hydroxyethyl starch on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,TC,TG,HDL,and LDL in the two groups were improved to different degrees.Compared with the control group,the improvement in the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05).The total effective rate of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of hydroxyethyl starch,ginkgo biloba extract and atorvastatin calcium can significantly optimize the blood lipid index,improve the treatment effect,and is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
