【摘要】 目的 观察坤泰胶囊联合人工周期序贯疗法治疗卵巢早衰(POF)患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法 纳入符合标准的POF患者100例,随机分为观察组47例与对照组53例。对照组采用人工周期治疗,观察组在此基础上加服坤泰胶囊,疗程均为3个月,比较两组患者治疗前后基础血清激素水平、改良Kupperman评分(KMI)变化。结果 治疗1个月后,两组患者卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平、黄体生成素(LH)水平与治疗前比较均明显降低,雌激素(E2)水平比治疗前明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组FSH水平降低比对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组FSH水平、LH水平、改良Kupperman评分与治疗前相比均明显降低,E2水平比治疗前均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组与对照组改良Kupperman评分临床有效率分别为71.4%和58.3%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.589,P=0.443)。结论 坤泰胶囊配合人工周期可以有效改善POF患者提前出现的围绝经期症状,调节基础血清激素水平,可以更快降低FSH水平,发挥治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Kuntai capsule combined with artificial cycle sequential treatment in the treatment of premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods A total of 100 patients who met the standard of POF were selected from the Women’s Hospital,School of Medicine Zhejiang University.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(47 cases) and the control group(53 cases).The control group was treated with artificial cycle sequential treatment,while the experimental group was taken orally with Kuntai capsule and combined with artificial cycle sequential treatment.The two groups were treated for 3 months.The changes of basic serum hormone level and improved Kupperman score(KMI) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the level of E2 was significantly higher than that before the treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FSH level in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the FSH level,LH level and improved Kupperman score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the level of E2 was significantly higher than that before the treatment(P<0.05).The difference between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The clinical effective rate of the improved Kupperman score in the experimental group and the control group were71.4% and 58.3% respectively,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(χ~2=0.589,P=0.443).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with artificial cycle sequential treatment can efectively improve the perimenopausal symptoms of POF patients,adjust the level of basic serum hormone,and reduce the level of FSH more quickly than the artificial cycle sequential treatment,playing a therapeutic role.更多还原
