硫黄制酸装置蒸汽系统能效平衡分析与综合利用
Energy efficiency balance analysis and comprehensive utilization of steam system in sulphur-burning sulfuric acid plant
【摘要】 某大型化肥生产公司硫黄制酸装置副产的余热蒸汽主要有三个梯级利用。通过对蒸汽系统的梯级利用进行热能分析,找出能量损失较大的部分,针对原因进行分析,制定相应对策。措施实施后,达到蒸汽热能最大化利用,实现降本增效。
【Abstract】 In sulfur-burning sulfuric acid production unit of a large-scale fertilizer production company,there are mainly three cascade utilization of waste heat steam.The cascade utilization of steam system is analyzed,some of the large energy consumption is found out,the reason is analyzed,and the countermeasures are formulated.Since the implementation of measures,the maximum use of steam heat is achieved,cost decreasing and benefit increasing is realized.
