偏高岭土复合加固剂改性生土材料的结构及性能研究
The structure and properties of soil materials modified by the metakaolin composite reinforcer
【摘要】 从微细观的角度深入认识土体加固时内部的胶结质量和强度问题,提出采用偏高岭土复合加固剂加固生土材料.通过室内力学特性试验、浸水试验、冻融试验检验其适用性,利用XRD和SEM进行了微细观机理分析.结果表明,偏高岭土复合加固剂能明显提升土体的胶结强度.加固后生土材料的强度、耐水性、耐冻融性明显增强.进一步深化了对生土材料固化机理和胶结强度增长机理的认识.
【Abstract】 The paper made a deep analysis of the problem of internal cementation quality and strength during the reinforcement of the soil from a microscopic point of view, and proposed the use of metakaolin composite reinforcement to strengthen the soil material. Its applicability was tested by laboratory mechanical property test, water immersion test and freeze-thaw test, and the micromechanism was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that metakaolin composite reinforcement could significantly improve the consolidation strength of soil. After the reinforcement, the strength, water resistance and freeze-thaw resistance were obviously enhanced.Through comparative research, an understanding of and research on the engineering properties of the raw soil materials have been achieved.
