【摘要】 目的:科学评价竹叶柴胡药材质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定不同品种、产地、部位竹叶柴胡药材的芦丁及总黄酮醇苷的含量。结果:不同样品根中黄酮含量极低,地上部分的芦丁含量在0.34～1.55%之间,总黄酮醇苷的含量在2.82～7.37%之间。结论:竹叶柴胡地上部分与根应分别入药并建立相应质量标准,总黄酮醇苷含量测定可以更科学的评价竹叶柴胡的药材质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of Zhuyechaihu scientifically based on the flavonoid content.Method:Contents of rutin and total flavonol glycosides in different varieties,origins and parts of Zhuyechaihu were detected by HPLC.Result:The content of flavonoids in roots was very low.The contents of rutin and total flavonol glycosides in aerial parts were 0.34-1.55% and 2.82-7.37%,respectively.Conclusion:The different parts of Zhuyechaihu should be used separately and the corresponding quality standards should be established.The determination of total flavonol glycosides can evaluate the quality of Zhuyechaihu more scientifically.更多还原
