HPV B19、TLR3及NF-κB在桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及相关性研究
Expression and Correlation of HPV B19, TLR3 and NF-κB in Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis with papillary Thyroid Carcinoma
【摘要】 目的探讨HPV B19、TLR3及NF-κB在桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法收集柳州市人民医院病理科2010年11月—2017年6月所有手术切除的甲状腺标本,从中筛选出130例确诊病例,采用免疫组化EnVision两步法对50例桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌、50例桥本氏甲状腺炎和30例正常甲状腺组织检测HPV B19、TLR3及NF-κB的蛋白表达。结果 HPV B19、TLR3及NF-κB在桥本氏甲状腺炎、桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌中表达的阳性率分别为90%(45/50)、92%(46/50)、88%(44/50)及92%(46/50)、94%(47/50)、88%(44/50),明显高于正常甲状腺组织[16.7%(5/30)、10%(3/30)%及16.7(5/30)],差异显著有统计学意义(P <0.01);三者在桥本氏甲状腺炎和桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达经双变量相关分析呈正相关(r=0.885、0.698、0.799)及(r=0.546、0.345、0.425)。结论 HPV B19、TLR3及NF-κB在桥本氏甲状腺炎及桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌组织的阳性率明显高于正常甲状腺组织,且三者的表达呈正相关,提示HPV B19、TLR3及NF-κB联合作用参与桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌发生发展的生物学过程。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of HPV B19, TLR3 and NF-κB in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with thyroid papillary carcinoma. Methods A total of 130 cases of thyroidectomy from November 2010 to June 2017 were collected from pathology Department of Liuzhou people’s hospital in Guangxi Province, the expression of HPV B19, TLR3 and NF-κB in 50 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma, 50 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and 30 normal thyroid tissues was detected by immunohistochemical Envision two-step method. Results The positive rates of HPV B19, TLR3 and NF-κB were 90%(45/50), 92%(46/50), 88%(44/50) and 92%(46/50), 94%(47/50) and 88%(44/50), respectively, in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with papillary thyroid carcinoma, it was significantly higher than normal thyroid tissue [16.7%(5/30), 10%(3/30)% and 16.7(5/30)], the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01); Their expressions in papillary thyroid carcinoma were positively correlated by bivariate correlation analysis(r =0.885, 0.698, 0.799) and(r =0.546, 0.345, 0.425) in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Conclusion The positive rates of HPV B19, TLR3 and NF-κB in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with papillary thyroid carcinoma are significantly higher than that in normal thyroid tissues, and their expressions are positively correlated, these results suggest that HPV B19, TLR3, and NF-κB may play a role in the biological process of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis associated with papillary thyroid carcinoma.
