【摘要】 目的应用彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓,初步分析患者的影像学检查结果。方法于杞县人民医院门诊科(2017年1月-2018年1月期间)抽取110例下肢深静脉血栓患者,回顾性分析其临床资料,所有患者入院完成常规检查,之后均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,观察其血栓分布情况及影像学特征,统计患者临床表现并分析其栓塞原因。结果 110例患者中共计136条患肢存在下肢深静脉血栓:单侧患肢栓塞患者84例,双侧患肢栓塞患者26例;下肢深静脉血栓发生率中前五位为小腿肌间静脉(30.88%)、股静脉(21.32%)、腘静脉(11.03%)、髂静脉(11.03%)、髂静脉及股静脉(9.56%);血栓影像表现为患肢病变处深静脉管腔变大,管腔部分或完全堵塞,可见实质性回声或不均匀低弱回声,探头轻压不能闭合,病变部位彩色血流信号异常。结论彩色多普勒超声可明确显示下肢深静脉血栓患者血栓形态及栓塞部位管腔状态,血栓影像结果表明患者血栓分布呈现一定规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To diagnose lower limb thrombosis with color doppler ultrasound, the results of imaging examination were analyzed. Methods 110 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limb were selected from the Outpatient Department of Qi County People’s Hospital(January 2017-january 2018). The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, then all patients underwent color doppler ultrasound examination to observe the distribution of thrombus and imaging characteristics, statistical patients with clinical manifestations and analysis of the causes of embolism. Results 136 of the 110 patients had deep venous thrombosis of lower limb: 84 patients with unilateral limb embolism, 26 patients with bilateral limb embolism; The first five thrombosis were intermuscular vein(30.88%), femoral vein(21.32%), popliteal vein(11.03%), iliac vein(11.03%), iliac vein and femoral vein(9.56%), the lumen was partially or completely blocked. There was a substantial or uneven weak echo, the probe could not close with light pressure, and abnormal color blood flow signals were observed. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound can clearly display the morphology of thrombus and the lumen of the embolic site in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limb.
