【摘要】 目的了解临沂市居民健康素养现状及其影响因素,为制定政策提供理论依据。方法采取分层随机整群抽样的方法对临沂市10个社区内15-65岁的居民进行健康素养问卷调查。结果临沂市居民健康素养水平是19.98%;健康素养的3个方面以具备"健康生活方式与行为"的比例最低(15.81%);居民了解6类健康素养问题的程度:以"科学健康观"最高(52.58%),"安全与急救"最低(12.62%);文化程度和职业对居民健康素养的影响较大。结论临沂市居民健康素养水平基本达到国家整体目标,还需采取有针对性的措施提高居民健康素养水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current health literacy status of residents in Linyi City and its influencing factors to provide a theoretical basis for policy formulation. Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was adopted to conduct a health literacy questionnaire survey among residents aged 15-65 in 10 communities in Linyi City. Results The health literacy level of Linyi city residents was 19.98%. The three aspects of health literacy had the lowest proportion of "healthy lifestyle and behavior"(15.81%). For the residents’ understanding level of the six types of health literacy problems, the highest(52.58%) was for "scientific health view", and the lowest(12.62%) was for"safety and first aid". Education level and occupation have a great impact on residents’ health literacy. Conclusion The health literacy level of residents in Linyi City has basically reached the overall national goal, and targeted measures need to be taken to improve the health literacy level of residents.更多还原
