急性脑梗死患者血栓弹力图和常规凝血试验及脂代谢指标的相关性研究
Correlation analysis of thromboelastography,routine coagulation test and lipid metabolism index in patients with acute cerebral infarction
【摘要】 <正>急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)是临床常见的血栓形成所致的缺血性脑血管病,是引发脑卒中常见因素之一。其主要的病理基础是动脉粥样硬化和血栓形成。患者体内凝血物质大量释放,凝血系统被异常激活,使机体处于高凝状态[1],血小板活化触发凝血反应,凝血和纤溶系统失衡以及脑血栓形成是急性脑梗死病理改变的原因[2],有研究表明ACI患者的血脂水平明显升高,伴随凝血因子紊乱及血脂水平异常[3]。血栓弹力
