【摘要】 目的:探讨血液病患者接受ABO血型不合的造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)后其血型的变化及输血策略。方法:选取3例移植后患者不同时间段血样进行血型鉴定,交叉配血及血小板配型。结果:在移植手术后,患者的血型在逐渐改变,我们在对患者输注的血液成分的血型选择上也相应变化,使得输注有效。结论:ABO血型不合异基因干细胞移植后随着患者血型的转变,应选择相适合的血液进行输注,以确保临床上输血治疗的安全性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the changes of ABO blood type and blood transfusion strategy of hematological patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Method:We performed blood type identification,cross matching and platelet matching for 3 post-transplant patients. Result:After the transplant,the patient’s blood type was changed.We also changed the blood type selection of the blood component which the patients needed in order to ensure effective transfusion.Conclusion:We should select compatible blood for the patients who have allogeneic stem cell transplant therapy because of their changing blood type.更多还原
