【摘要】 目的分析60例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症临床特点与妊娠结局。方法抽取2017年6月～2019年8月本院收治的60例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者与60例健康产妇作为研究对象,前者为观察组,后者为对照组。观察两组围产期并发症与妊娠结局。结果观察组围产期并发症发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症进行分析,根据临床特点,积极做好相应的干预措施,有效改善妊娠结局,提高母婴安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectiv To analyze the clinical characteristics and pregnancy outcomes of 60 cases of intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy.Methods Sixty patients with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy and 60 healthy mothers who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.The former was the observation group and the latter was the control group.Observe the perinatal complications and pregnancy outcomes in the two groups.Results The incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P <0.05;the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P <0.05.Conclusion According to the analysis of intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy,and according to the clinical characteristics,actively do the appropriate interventions to effectively improve the outcome of pregnancy and mother and child safety.更多还原
