【摘要】 目的本研究旨在分析增殖细胞核抗原(ki67)在不同级别乳腺癌中的表达差异,探讨其表达与乳腺癌病变的关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化技术检测164例乳腺癌患者Ki67的表达情况,分析其在各乳腺癌是否浸润、转移和病理分级三个不同分组中的表达差异。结果伴不同程度组织转移的乳腺癌患者中Ki67表达有差异性,组织学分型为Ⅲ期的患者Ki67的阳性率高于组织学分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的患者(P<0.05)。结论 Ki67高表达与级别高的乳腺癌有一定程度的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective the purpose of this study was to analyze the expression differences of proliferating nuclear antigen (ki67) in breast cancer of different grades,and to explore the relationship between its expression and breast cancer lesions and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of Ki67 in 164 cases of breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the differences in the expression of Ki67 in three different groups of breast cancer were analyzed.Results the transfer with varying degrees of Ki67 expression in breast cancer patients have differences,organization type credits for Ⅲ stage patients Ki67 positive rate is higher than the histologic staging Ⅰ,Ⅱ patients (P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of Ki67 is correlated with advanced breast cancer to some extent.更多还原
