表面擦拭采样评估新能源动力行业工作场所铅污染

【摘要】 目的以表面擦拭采样评估新能源动力行业工作场所铅污染状况,并验证表面擦拭采样方法的信度与效度。方法选择新能源动力行业某高效电池生产企业,以表面擦拭采样收集表面平行样品30对,对应定点采集13份空气样品,同时检查相应岗位作业工人47名的血铅水平;比较不同铅污染区域表面浓度的差异,分析同一表面相邻两次平行擦拭采样结果的一致性,分析血铅水平与表面擦拭采样铅浓度的相关。结果表面擦拭采样可以区分出不同铅污染区表面铅的浓度(P<0.01),其中炉前、出料口等重污染区表面铅浓度最高,而休息室和过磅处等表面铅浓度相对较低;比较同一表面相邻两次平行擦拭采样重量浓度,显示其间无显著差异(39.20 vs.35.55 g/kg,P>0.05),表面擦拭与空气采样结果有关联(P<0.01),多元分析显示作业工人血铅水平与表面擦拭采样铅重量浓度呈正相关(P < 0.05)。结论表面擦拭采样方法应用于新能源动力行业工作场所铅污染的暴露评估具有较好的信度与效度。

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the lead pollution with surface wipe samping in new energy plant and validate the reliability and validity of the method applied in lead exposure assessment.Methods A new battery manufacture was selected as the survey scene and 47 workers as subjects.Thirty pair parallel samples were collected with surface wipe method on the same surface,the corresponding 13 air samples were collected as well.Blood lead level was examined among 47 workers.We compared the difference of lead concentrations on the different lead pollution regions,conducted the consistence analysis between the parallel surface samples,and explored the relationship between the lead concentrations of wipe sampling and workers’ blood lead.Results Difference of lead pollution can be detected with wipe sampling method on different lead pollution regions (P<0.01),of which blast furnace and opening surface were the most heavily polluted and the lounge and weigh-house surfaces were the lightest.Comparing the weight concentrations of the parallel wipe sampling on the same surface showed that there were no significant difference (39.20 vs 35.55g/kg,P>0.05),multiple linear regression showed that workers’ blood lead level was positively correlated with lead weight concentration using wipe sampling (P<0.05).Conclusion The method of wipe sampling method using for lead pollution assessment at workplace is reliable and valid.
