【摘要】 新型冠状病毒肺炎(covid-19)的暴发和流行,对疫区人民的生命健康构成威胁。在疫情严重地区、公共卫生一级响应的形势下,如何在科学防护的基础上对自发性气胸病人进行及时诊疗:如何快速诊断病人是否合并新型冠状病毒肺炎、合理实施临床操作、针对具有手术指征的病人的进行急诊手术、术后科学管理等,都是需要面临的问题。我们总结本院胸外科治疗气胸病人的经验,并结合指南、文献报道,针对上述问题进行总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 The outbreak and epidemic of new coronavirus pneumonia pose a threat to the life and health of the people in the affected areas.Under the special situation of severe epidemic area and public health level I response,how to make diagnosis and treatment for patients with spontaneous pneumothorax on the basis of scientific protection timely:How to diagnose patients with new coronavirus pneumonia quickly,how to carry out clinical operation reasonably,how to perform emergency surgery for patients with surgical indications,and how to manage postoperative patients scientifically are all problems facing thoracic surgeons in this special situation.Combined with the latest policy guidelines,literature reports and the prevention experience of thoracic surgery department in our unit,this paper briefly summarizes the above problems.更多还原
