【摘要】 目的 探讨气囊仿生助产技术对初产妇分娩疼痛、产程时间、分娩方式及满意度的影响。方法 将200例初产妇按就诊顺序分为两组,各100例。对照组采取舒芬太尼蛛网膜下腔注射及罗哌卡因腰硬联合阻滞,研究组于对照组基础上联合气囊仿生助产技术。统计两组各时点疼痛程度、分娩方式、产程时间、会阴情况、分娩满意度。结果 (1)疼痛程度:镇痛前即刻两组视觉模拟评分法评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),宫口开3 cm、6 cm、全开及胎儿娩出时研究组视觉模拟评分法评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)分娩方式:研究组自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。(3)产程:研究组第一产程活跃期、第二产程均显著短于对照组(P<0.01),两组第一产程潜伏期、第三产程比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)会阴情况:研究组会阴完整率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),会阴侧切率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。(5)分娩满意度:研究组分娩总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在舒芬太尼蛛网膜下腔注射及罗哌卡因腰硬联合阻滞的基础上,应用气囊仿生助产技术可明显减轻初产妇的分娩疼痛,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,提高会阴完整率及分娩满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of balloon bionic birth assistance technology on primipara’s labor pain,labor time,delivery method and satisfaction.Methods A total of 200 primiparas were divided into two groups according to the order of visits,with 100 cases in each group.The control group took sufentanil subarachnoid injection and ropivacaine combined spinal-epidural block,and the study group was combined with airbag biomimetic midwifery technology on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,delivery method,delivery time,perineum condition,and delivery satisfaction of the two groups at each time point were analyzed.Results(1) There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of visual analogue scoring methods at T1(P>0.05).The visual analogue scoring method scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at T2,T3,T4 and T5(P<0.01).(2) Mode of delivery:the natural delivery rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.01).(3) The time of labor:the first stage of labor in the study group,the second stage of labor was shorter than the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incubation period of the first stage of labor and the third stage of labor(P>0.05).(4) Perineal condition:The perineal integrity rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the perineal lateral resection rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).(5) Satisfaction of delivery:The total satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of sufentanil subarachnoid injection and ropivacaine combined spinal-epidural block,the application of balloon bionic birth assistance technology can significantly reduce the labor pain of primiparas,shorten the delivery process,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and increase the perineum completeness rate and delivery satisfaction.更多还原
