【摘要】 目的 探讨绝经后骨质疏松症妇女血清骨硬化蛋白、25羟维生素D水平与骨密度的相关性。方法 将92例绝经后骨质疏松症妇女设为观察组,同期60名绝经后正常妇女设为对照组。比较两组血清骨硬化蛋白、25羟维生素D水平及不同部位的骨密度,并分析绝经后妇女骨质疏松症发病的影响因素、骨密度与血清骨硬化蛋白、25羟维生素D水平的相关性。结果 观察组血清骨硬化蛋白水平高于对照组,25羟维生素D水平及L_1-4、股骨颈、全髋部位的骨密度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。logistic回归分析显示,血清骨硬化蛋白、25羟维生素D均为绝经后妇女发生骨质疏松症的影响因素（P<0.05或0.01）。Spearman相关分析显示,绝经后骨质疏松症妇女L_1-4、股骨颈、全髋部位骨密度与血清骨硬化蛋白T水平呈显著负相关（P<0.05或0.01）,与血清25羟维生素D水平呈显著正相关（P<0.05）。结论 绝经后骨质疏松症妇女血清骨硬化蛋白、25羟维生素D水平表达异常,其骨密度与血清骨硬化蛋白水平呈负相关,与血清25羟维生素D水平呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between SOST,25-OH-VD levels and bone mineral density in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 92 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were enrolled as the observation group.60 normal postmenopausal women were selected as the control group.The levels of serum SOST,25-OH-VD and BMD in different groups were compared,and the influencing factors of osteoporosis and the correlation between BMD and serum SOST and 25-OH-VD levels in postmenopausal women were analyzed.Results The serum SOST level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the level of 25-OH-VD,L_1-4,femoral neck,total hip BMD were lower than those of the control group（P<0.01）.Logistic regression analysis showed that serum SOST and 25-OH-VD were influencing factors of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women（P<0.05 or0.01）.According to the Spearman correlation analysis,there was a negative correlation between L_1-4,femoral neck,total hip BMD in patients with postmenpausal osteoporosis and serum SOST level（P<0.05 or 0.01）,and significantly positively correlated with serum 25-OH-VD level（P<0.05）.Conclusions Serum SOST and 25-OH-VD levels are abnormally expressed in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,and their BMD is negatively correlated with serum SOST level and positively correlated with serum 25-OH-VD level.更多还原
