【摘要】 目的 探讨癫痫患儿心理韧性水平与心理健康的相关性。方法 将62例癫痫患儿设为癫痫组,62名体检正常儿童设为健康组。采用青少年心理韧性量表与心理健康诊断测验量表比较两组心理韧性与心理健康状况,分析癫痫患儿心理韧性与心理健康的相关性。结果 癫痫组青少年心理韧性量表各因子评分及总分均显著低于健康组(P<0.05或0.01),心理健康诊断测验量表各因子评分及总分均显著高于健康组(P<0.05或0.01)。癫痫患儿心理韧性与心理健康诊断测验量表学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、自责倾向、过敏倾向、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向及总分均呈显著负相关(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 癫痫患儿心理韧性水平与心理健康关系密切,在癫痫治疗过程中,应采取并重视相应措施,以提高患儿心理韧性水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between psychological resilience level and psychological health in children patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 62 children patients with epilepsy were included in epilepsy group.Another 62 children with normal physical examination were included in healthy group.The questionnaires of Healthy Kids Resilience Assessment(HKRA) and Mental Health Test(MHT) were used to compare the psychological resilience and psychological health in the two groups,and the correlation between psychological resilience and psychological health of children patients with epilepsy was analyzed.Results The scores and total scores of HKRA in the epilepsy group were significantly lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The scores and total scores of MHT factors were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The psychological resilience of children with epilepsy was significantly negatively correlated with MHT scale learning anxiety,anxiety,loneliness,self-blame tendency,allergic tendency,terror tendency,impulsivity tendency and total score(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions The level of psychological resilience of children with epilepsy is closely related to mental health.In the process of epilepsy treatment,corresponding measures should be taken and attached to improve the psychological resilience of children.更多还原
