【Abstract】 Cerebral infarction is one of the most common diseases in neurology. As an important index reflecting the function of coagulation and fibrinolysis system, D-dimer has special significance in the prevention and management of cerebral infarction. More high-quality researches are needed to determine whether D-dimer can guide the selection of antithrombotic therapies. The clinical value of D-dimer in the diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and prevention of cerebral infarction was reviewed.更多还原
