【Abstract】 Intraoperative motor evoked potential(MEP) monitoring is one of the important means for neurosurgeons to timely and comprehensively determine the neurological function of patients undergoing general anesthesia. However, a variety of perioperative factors can affect the accuracy of MEP monitoring results, including anesthetics, mechanical ventilation, changes of hemodynamics and body temperature, etc. The research progress of MEP monitoring and its influencing factors in neurosurgery were reviewed.更多还原
