【摘要】 社会老龄化加速使神经系统变性疾病成为神经病学一个备受关注的领域。EEG作为一项无创、廉价、可重复的检查手段,在神经系统变性疾病中已有广泛应用。目前已有多种特征性EEG被纳入相应疾病的诊断标准。本文从临床角度对Creutzfeldt-Jakob病(CJD)及路易体痴呆(DLB)的EEG表现、产生机制、鉴别诊断及临床应用作以总结,以期对诊断及鉴别诊断起提示作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aging of society makes the neurodegenerative diseases become an important field of neurology.EEG is a non-invasive,inexpensive and repeatable test,is widely used in neurodegenerative diseases. A number of EEG characteristics being included in the criteria. In this paper,the EEG manifestations,mechanism,differential diagnosis and clinical application of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease( CJD) and dementia Lewy body( DLB) are summarized in the clinical perspective,hoping to play a role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of these two diseases by clinicians.更多还原
