【摘要】 报告1例发生于头面部的痣样基底细胞癌综合征。患者女,52岁,头面部多发褐色丘疹18年。皮肤科检查:两颊不对称,头面部可见数个散在分布米粒至甲盖大褐色至深褐色的丘疹及斑丘疹,境界清楚,部分表面粗糙,可见树枝状血管,右手掌可见数个点状凹陷。皮损组织病理:真皮层内可见基底样细胞呈栅栏状排列,瘤细胞团外围收缩间隙不明显。诊断:痣样基底细胞癌综合征。治疗:采用手术、脉冲激光及外用咪喹莫特乳膏等综合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome that only occurs in the head and face is reported. A 52-yearold female patient presented with multiple brown papules on the head and face for more than 18 years. Dermatological examination showed cheeks were asymmetry, and dozens of the brown to dark brown, miliary to fingernail-sized papules and plaques could be seen on the face and head,which were well-demarcated. Some were with roughness surface and arborescent vessels.Several dot-shaped pits were visible on the right palm. Histopathological examination revealed basal-like cells could be seen in a palisade-like arrangement in the dermis, and contraction spaces were not obvious. The diagnosis of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome was made. The patient received combined treatment such as surgery, pulsed laser and topical imiquimod cream.更多还原
