【摘要】 报告1例发生于额部左侧的硬斑病样型基底细胞癌。患者女,35岁,额部左侧白斑5年,瘢痕样损害2年。皮肤科检查:额部左侧一直径约5 cm大色素减退斑。皮损组织病理检查:真皮内可见由基底样细胞组成的肿瘤团块或条索,周围细胞呈栅栏状排列,可见收缩间隙,肿瘤团块周围结缔组织明显增生及硬化。诊断:硬斑病样型基底细胞癌。予行Mohs显微描记手术,经过4次扩大切除,肿瘤切除干净,术后创面予以全厚皮片植皮,伤口愈合良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of morphea-like basal cell carcinoma on the left forehead region is reported. A 35-year-old female presented with white patch on left forehead for 5 years and scar-like lesion for 2 years. The histopathological examination showed that tumor masses or cords composed of basal-like cells in dermis, and the surrounding cells were arranged in palisade shape, with contraction space. The connective tissues around the tumor masses showed obviously hyperplasia and sclerosis. Then Mohs’ micrographic surgery was performed. The tumor was excised completely after 4 stages of excision. The wound was covered with full-thickness skin grafts and healed well several weeks later.The diagnosis of morphea-like basal cell carcinoma was made.更多还原
