数字化多能基台和八角粘结基台受力情况的三维有限元分析

【摘要】 目的:分析使用数字化多能基台和八角粘结基台对种植体和牙槽骨的受力情况。方法:使用健康志愿者的CT扫描数据,通过Mimics 20.0软件建立下颌第一磨牙缺失的三维有限元模型,模拟植入长度为10 mm种植体1枚。使用多能基台和八角粘结基台进行建模,分别从水平向、斜向45°、垂直向三个方向在基台顶部施加200 N载荷,用三维有限元方法分析基台、种植体及周围骨组织的应力分布情况。结果:三种不同方向加载模式下多能基台组基台最大等效应力相对较大,但对种植体的应力值较小。各模型在同一加载条件下皮质骨的应力最大,松质骨受力较小。结论:使用多能基台进行修复可以减小对种植体的等效应力;垂直向施力对基台、种植体及牙槽骨的受力均较小,临床设计种植体及修复时应尽量减小斜向载荷。

【Abstract】 Objective:This study was designed to examine the mechanical effect of digital multifunctional abutment and octagonal bonded abutment on implant and alveolar bonen.Methods:CT scanning data were collected from a female volunteer,a three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular bone without first molar was set up by using Mimics 20.0 software,and the length of implantable implant was 10 mm.The model was built by using digital multifunction abutment and octagonal bonded abutment,and 200 N loads were applied to the top of the abutment from three directions:lingual,lingual 45~o,and axial directions.A finite element analysis was performed to examine the stress distribution of abutment,implant and surrounding bone tissue.Results:Under three different loading modes,the maximum stress of the multifunction abutment was relatively large,but the stress value of the implant was small.Under the same loading condition,the stress of cortical bone was the largest,while the stress of cancellous bone was smaller.Conclusion:The equivalent stress of the implant can be reduced by using the multifunction abutment.The vertical force on abutment,implant and alveolar bone is small,therefore,the oblique load should be minimized in clinical design and restoration.
