下颌后缩伴腺样体肥大患儿生长发育水平的临床研究
Clinical study on the growth and development of children with mandibular retrusion and adenoid hypertrophy
【摘要】 目的:探讨下颌后缩伴腺样体肥大对患儿生长发育水平的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2018年12月于恩施州中心医院口腔正畸科就诊的下颌后缩患儿(ANB角>6°、SNB角<76°)155例,将腺样体厚度与鼻咽腔宽度的比值(A/N值)≥0.7,即腺样体肥大的68例患儿列为观察组,其余87例为对照组。通过对两组患儿身高、生长激素(growth hormone,GH)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3,IGFBP-3)水平的测定,比较两组患儿的生长发育水平。结果:观察组平均身高、GH、IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下颌后缩伴腺样体肥大患儿生长发育水平明显低于单纯下颌后缩患儿,需引起相关医学学科重视并及时进行联合诊治。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of mandibular retrusion with adenoid hypertrophy on the growth and development of children.Methods:Totally 155 children with mandibular retrusion(ANB angle>6°,SNB angle<76°)who came to the Orthodontics Department of Enshi Central Hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected,that 68 children with adenoid hypertrophy(A/N≥0.7)were included in the observation group and the remaining 87 children in the control group.By measuring the height,growth hormone(GH),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3)of the two groups,the growth and development of the two groups were compared.Results:The average height,GH,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The growth and development level of children with mandibular retrusion and adenoid hypertrophy is significantly lower than that of children with simple mandibular retrusion,which needs to be paid enough attention to,and timely combined diagnosis and treatment.
